How do I receive the pin numbers?

You will receive the pin number(s) instantly in three different ways. Right after the purchase, we will print the pin number(s) in the browser. We will also send you an email with the pin number(s). On top of that, you can view the pin number(s) of every card purchased for the last 3 months from your "My Account" page.

I lost the pin number. How can I retrieve it?

If you loose the pin number of any purchased phone card, don't be worried. We store every transaction for the last 3 months. Just go to your "My Account" page and you can view the pin number(s) of any purchased phone card(s).

What should I do if I forget my password?

You can take advantage of our automated "forget password" feature. Just click any forget password button and follow the instructions. Your password will be emailed to you instantly.

Who have access to my personal information?

Nobody but us have access to your personal information. And, your information WILL NOT BE shared or sold to anyone else.

Can I change/modify my personal information?

Yes. Just go to your "My Account" page and make any necessary changes.

What kind of credit/debit card can I use to purchase a phone card?

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. We also accept Debit cards if they have Visa or MasterCard logo on them. Make sure to use your debit card just like a credit card. You do not need to provide the pin number for the debit card.

How can I verify my account?

Our verification process is very simple. As soon as you sign up, we will SMS your 8-digit activation code on your Mobile phone. It takes about 10-15 seconds to receive the SMS. All you have to do is insert that activation code on appropriate place (right after sign up) and your account will become ACTIVE. It is that simple!

If you decide to activate your account later, all you have to do is try to LOG IN and our system will take you to a place where you need to put your activation code. You will have an option to receive the Activation code again if you want.

Do I receive my pins right after I purchase?

Yes. It takes a few seconds.

How can I be sure about the security of my credit card information?

Who do I do If I encounter problem with my card?

Occasionally you may experience problem with your card to a particular location. In this kind of situation you need to call the customer service department of the particular card in question. You will find each card's customer service number in the Detail page.

What is Direct Deposit?

Direct Deposit is a term (Also known as "Money Transfer", "Pay Anyone" etc.) use to refer Money Transfer between 2 Australian Bank Accounts.

Why should I make a Direct Deposit?

If you don't have a credit card, this is the only other payment option you have. You may also choose Direct Deposit to verify your account.

Can I transfer more money at a time so that I can make multiple purchases?

Yes. Actually this is a recommended way. For example, if you transfer $100.00, we will post $100.00 to your account. With this $100.00 you can make as many purchases as you want. At the end of each purchase you can view your remaining balance from your MY ACCOUNT page.

How long can I keep the remaining balance?

There is no restriction. You can keep them as long as you wish.

How much money (fund) can I transfer?

You can transfer any amount between $1.00 and $1000.00

How long does it take for a transferred fund to show up on My SydneyPhoneCard.com.au account?

It usually takes 1-2 business days for the transaction to show up on our Online Bank Detail. As soon as the transaction shows up (You must put your SydneyPhoneCard.com.au USER ID as reference or, detail, or, comments so that we know where the money came from) we will post the fund to your account. We check our Bank accounts several times everyday.

How do I know when a fund is posted to my account?

You will receive an automated notification email every time a fund is posted. Also, you can visit your MY ACCOUNT page for your current Balance and Direct Deposit history.
